Gavin of Gavin's Underworld with the newspaper "City Weekly" has done a nice article about Tim. It is already published in the online magazine. We are not sure if it will be in the hard copy. We have not been downtown to pick up a copy to see. Check out the article at

Artist's Statement

As an artist I see beauty in everything from a car part to a unique piece of wood. My goal is to make art unique and fun, something with a WOW factor. Something you want to bring everybody to see and that you won't find any place else. my art also has a contemplative side, one that makes you think about here the materials came from and their history, or what made the uniqueness and beauty of the wood. Each sculpture has a story to tell.

The materials for my sculptures are found in old tools, car parts, motorcycles, farm equipment, wood, and whatever else inspires me. One of the things I enjoy is being able to take something that has been discarded or deemed useless and bring it back to life. I enjoy creating everything from human figures to animals, giant bugs to miniature dinosaurs, fairies to dragons, from realistic to abstract.

I have had classes in perspective, drawing, sculpture, and ceramics. I take from the world around me, libraries, museums, galleries, my mistakes, experiments, and other artist's experience.

I am a desert rat raised in Mesa, AZ and then living in Southern Nevada. i love the outdoors and the activities the outdoors provide. We moved to Utah 4 years ago and are enjoying the seasons and the colors that go with them.
