2nd Annual Fall Show

Our 2nd annual fall show is coming up.  It will be Friday Nov. 19 from 6 until 10:00, and Saturday Nov. 20 from 10:00-10:00.  Bring family and friends, we would love to see all.

Update

Tim was asked to do a christmas tree ornament for the Springville Museum of Arts Religious and Spiritual 25th annual show. The ornaments are being auctioned off by silent auction to raise money to continue the show.  He also entered in a new piece "Tree of Life".  This turned out to be one of my favorite pieces.  Unfortunately, we were in such a hurry to get it there, we have no pictures of it.  The piece won a merit award which was rewarded with a certificate at a nice ceremony at the opening reception.

This weekend we are sharing a booth at the cowboy poetry event in Heber.  It looked like a fun event and a lot of fun vendors and entertainment.  If you want a fun day, take a trip to Heber.

We are a part of the Oh Sweet Sadie show which is next weekend at Daybreak SoDa Row.

T-Wrecks has been moved.

T-Wrecks has been moved.  It is now in front of a yard and garden center that sells those cool big pots for planting in.  The center has fire pits and fountains made out of the pots,  The center is on State street and about 8600 S. on the West side of the road.

"High Octane"

I finally have a picture of one of my favorite pieces.  To me, Tim got this just right.  I think that everyone else agreed as well.  This piece got a merit award in the Springville Museum of Art's 86th Annual Spring Salon.  The second year in a row he won an award.  The piece is also on the first page of the annual book published  of select pieces from the 86th Salon.  The director of the Museum told Tim that this piece was one of the favorite pieces of the show.

Kokopelli

Tim is doing some less expensive pieces for a pot shop on State street.  It amazes me that even though we keep saying he needs to have less time in the pieces, they are still a piece of art and show Tim's creative work.  My favorite piece is the kokopelli.

"Raptor"

This is one of Tim's newest pieces.  Made form motorcycle gas tanks and exhaust pipe.  It is currently at Michael Berry's Gallery downtown SLC on 3rd S. (Broadway) between 1st and 2nd East.

Gavin of Gavin's Underworld with the newspaper "City Weekly" has done a nice article about Tim.  It is already published in the online magazine.  We are not sure if it will be in the hard copy.  We have not been downtown to pick up a copy to see. Check out the article at

Salt Lake City Weekly Newspaper Article

The December 17, 2009 Salt Lake City Weekly Newspaper had a very nice article about Mike's Gallery, Contemporary Design & Art Gallery.  In the article was mentioned Tim's art "Tim Little's oversize metal sculptures of animals with a five-figure price tag gave Melik his biggest sale of 2009."
